TuAlp Wall Systems respects your privacy and values your data security. This document has been prepared to inform and enlighten you in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and other relevant legislation.

 

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, as a Data Controller, for business purposes and in line with the principles outlined below. Our Company is committed to protecting personal data from unlawful processing, access, and ensuring security, as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations, primarily for the protection of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms.

 

Personal Data to be Processed and Stored

Data processed and stored as a Data Controller include; ID number, name and surname, address, phone, email, customer payment information, supplier payment information, bank details, credit card information, customer requests, order details, information in case of disputes and correspondence with judicial authorities, camera footage for physical security, internet access logs, etc.

 

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Personal data is collected through different channels for the conduct of institutional activities by TuAlp Wall Systems and is based on legal grounds. In this context, your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 4(2) of the KVKK based on the principles of:

* Compliance with the law and good faith

* Being accurate and, when necessary, up-to-date

* Being processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes

* Being limited and measured in connection with the purpose for which they are processed

* Being stored only for as long as required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed

Conditions such as:

* Explicitly stipulated by law,

* Directly necessary for the establishment or execution of a contract,

* Being required for fulfilling legal obligations,

* Being mandatory for establishing, exercising, or protecting a right,

* Necessary for legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data owner,

are also grounds for processing data in cases where necessary.

 

Personal data is processed and stored in compliance with legal regulations to resolve Ladik-related issues, execute Ladik’s commercial activities, maintain the quality and continuity of services, ensure customer and employee satisfaction, plan and execute HR processes, ensure the security of assets, provide information to authorities when necessary, manage communication-related administrative operations, and ensure data accuracy. This is achieved using automated or non-automated methods in compliance with the legislation.

 

Collection and Storage Method of Personal Data

Your personal data shared with our Company is collected through automatic or manual methods via various contracts, emails, application forms, social networks, and similar means, either verbally, in writing, or electronically. Personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. Our Company ensures that stored data is protected from unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, and damage, through secure design and technical infrastructure.

Personal data will be processed and stored with necessary security measures within the scope of the purpose stated to you and will be retained for the legal storage period or as required by the purpose of processing. When this period expires, your personal data will be removed from our data flow by deletion, destruction, or anonymization methods.

 

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities, other public and private institutions, suppliers, contractors, banks, credit risk and finance institutions, lawyers, accountants, consultants, auditors, suppliers, and other real or legal entities within the scope of Ladik’s commercial activities, excluding Special Data (subject to legal requirements).

Personal data may be shared within Turkey and abroad with relevant parties for the purposes stated above.

 

Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Article 11 of the KVKK

As Personal Data Owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights listed in the Law to our Company using the methods specified in this Information Text, our Company will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined by our Company will be charged. Personal data owners have the right to:

* Learn whether their personal data is processed,

* Request information if processed,

* Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

* Know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

* Request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately,

* Request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,

* Request notification of the actions taken under subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

* Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

* Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

 

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you can submit your request in writing or by other means determined by the Personal Data Protection Board to exercise your rights mentioned above.

To exercise your rights listed above, you can submit your request, along with identifying information and explanations about the right you wish to exercise under Article 11 of the KVKK, by filling out our application form on our website, delivering a signed copy of the form by hand, via notary, or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board to the address Fatih Sultan Mah Balkan Cad.
